No. Programs are customized based on your available equipment, training environment, and experience level. Whether you train at a fully equipped gym or at home, your program is built accordingly.
Every program is built from scratch based on your goals, training history, lifestyle, schedule, and preferences. There are no templates or generic plans everything is individualized.
Programs are adjusted regularly based on performance data, check-ins, and progress milestones. Updates are made as needed to ensure continued progression and long-term results.
You’ll receive direct coach communication, structured check-ins, form feedback when needed, and accountability to keep you progressing. Support is consistent, professional, and results-focused.
Billing is processed monthly on the same calendar date each month. All coaching programs begin with a 12-week (3-month) minimum commitment, structured as three equal monthly installments.
After the initial commitment period, coaching continues on a month-to-month basis unless canceled with proper notice, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
